Just finished this book. It is, in many ways, a book that takes Sweet's method of coorperate spirituality set out in postmodern pilgrims and repackages it for personal spirituality, with the metaphor of Starbucks as a way to discover EPIC spirituality. Perhaps the most interesting chapter was the epilogue, called "Jehovah Java" which shared about the history of coffee in relation to both relgious expression globally, and the development of Western Civilization. I recommend at least picking the book up in Barnes and Noble and reading the epilogue.Thursday, April 05, 2007
