What do those pastors think that they have the gift of then? You don't have to be an amazing leader to be a pastor, particularly at a large church where there are multiple pastors. More helpful in smaller congreagations.
that is one reason why I think many of our churches are struggling. People would rather be counselors or teachers than lead.
