We had one at home soon after we moved to Alaska, and found it very useful for cutting meat, as a pizza slicer, and much more. Ours had a more grippable and safe handle than this one does. Anyway....Lately I have been eating out more than usual, and I keep thinking...what that person really needs in their company's food prep is a good old Alaskan ulu.
