Loser

I am so frustrated.

I have worked really hard to find a job lately. I have ended up with NOTHING.

I got turned down by TARGET. And BARNES AND NOBLE. And Bath and Body Works.
And the calandar KIOSK in the mall. I feel like a failure.

I have been looking for a second job to suppliment my income.

I have been weighing the options of why I am getting turned down. Here is what I have come up with so far.

a. I already have another job, and they want me committed to their schedule.

b. Lack of experience in the positions I am looking for.

c. They dont like me.

d. I am a reject and nobody would want me to work for them.

e. I am overeducated for the positions that they are wanting to fill.

Ughhh. I am a loser.

Man, it took me so long to find a FIRST job, let alone a second. I doubt you are a loser, you seem like a nice guy to me. My thoughts are #a and #b. I doubt they just don't like you... I am sure you will find that ellusive job in the end!

you are not a loser.

first of all i'm sure you know that you have to project a positive attitude about yourself. the negativity comes across. lots of times retail places for the holidays want to use you as much as they can ... so perhaps it is that you have another full-time job. also, most part time jobs like the ones you're seeking want people who can work weekends ~ obviously you have other commitments.

don't give up .. you will find something. it's a hard time of year to be job hunting with so many people out of work ... you should already know that perhaps God doesn't want you in those places and He has another plan in store for you.

You are NOT a loser. I think you are just a bit late looking for a job - all the seasonal positions fill in October and the jobs you listed hire a lot of seasonal workers. Hang in there, something will come through.

O boy, you are luckier than me. I am not even over-educated for the job I am seeking.

Nobody is a loser and not especially you. If anyone refuses you a job, then they are certianly the losers.

Cheers buddy.

Yeah...I am looking for something specifically for the holiday rush.

In my ideal world I would be Santa in a mall somewhere. But I am not sure how I pull that gig.

Buck up little camper...good things are coming to you!

Look at my year long jobless fiasco. Still don't have the dream job, but great things are happening in Sarahland. Just had to let go of the reigns and go where I was directed!

It's just that the people you talk to
already have jobs and they don't care if you have one or not.

I've experienced this from both ends of the deal.

I have some catching up to do here, but I can say, what I've learned about you over the last 8 months or so is, you are definitely not a loser.
